We are planning to hold the event on August 24 (Sat) and 25 (Sun).There has been a change in the venue for ORBIT 2024, which will be held on August 24 (Sat.) and 25 (Sun.),Lake Oogute Campground (Nagano Prefecture/Shimo-Ina)@lake_oogute.event
We will be using 🏕️ Beautiful lake, chill-out campsites, and on a clear day, you may be able to observe the stars ⭐️
In addition, nice accommodations and many auto-camping plots are open to cars 🏕️ (*Free tent sites are limited space, so please consider reserving accommodations or auto-camping plots ☺️)

ID check will be conducted at the venue reception. Please bring your photo ID.
*Your wristband will be your proof of admission. Please handle it carefully during the event.
Please cooperate with the wristband check at the venue.
If you are coming at night, please be considerate of neighbors until you enter the venue upon arrival at the campsite.
Please do not distribute any flyers at Ogute Lake Campground. Please be sure to take any trash you bring with you.
*Please refrain from drinking alcohol, bringing hazardous materials and items prohibited by law if you are coming by car or motorcycle.
*People who engage in violent behavior, obstruct the event, or do not follow the instructions of staff will be asked to leave the venue.
*Please refrain from damaging property around the venue, camping out in the open, parking on the street, making noise early in the morning or late at night, and any other activities that may cause trouble in the neighborhood.
*Littering of cigarettes is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from smoking outside of the camp site and designated smoking areas. Please use portable ashtrays.
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, theft, accidents, towing, etc.
No refunds will be made for cancellations due to changes in artists or performers, or natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons). *We will provide refunds in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to the request of the government.
*We are unable to refund bungalow fees or ticket prices due to customers’ convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are allowed in the venue, but must be kept on a leash and in a cage.
